How to Install libatm1 software package in Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin)

libatm1 software package provides shared library for ATM (Asynchronous Transfer Mode), you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install libatm1

libatm1 is installed in your system.

Make ensure the libatm1 package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libatm1 *

You will get with libatm1 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
